Vacation Battery Recharge

When do you know your batteries need recharging? What indicators tell you it is time for a vacation?

When our phone battery hits 10%, we know we are in the danger zone. The icon turns red, the warning pops up, and we immediately shift into problem-solving mode.

Our bodies do not have battery indicators that turn green, yellow, red light to warn us we are running low. We do have signals, but they can be easy to miss in the pace of everyday life.
