Detailed Refund Policy

Know Distance is committed to delivering high-quality services and products. Coaching services represent a significant investment of the Coach’s time and preparation and those sessions already attended cannot be returned nor refunded.

Full Refund Conditions

Full refund will be issued only to Client who has never accessed the Know Distance Travel Reflection Assessment that is first part of all coaching packages and can be purchased as a standalone product. Request for refund needs to be submitted in writing not to exceed 30 days from date of purchase to amanda@knowdistanceco.com. Upon verification by Know Distance that assessment was not accessed a refund will be issued within 14 days.

No Refund Conditions

  • No refund if Client attended coaching session(s).

  • No refund for Client who purchased ONLY the Know Distance Travel Reflection Assessment without a coaching package and accessed and/or partially completed the assessment.

  • No refund for Clients who have completed the assessment and received personalized results, but choose not to continue with coaching services for reasons other than those outlined in the Partial Refund Conditions below.

Partial Refund Conditions

In the event Client is unable to complete coaching due to a documented specific reason(s) such as those listed below, the Coach and Client will first make every reasonable effort to reschedule affected session(s) within a mutually agreed upon timeframe. Coach and Client may agree in writing to extend session completion timelines to accommodate documented specific circumstances.

Documented Specific Reason(s) including but not limited to:

  • Medical emergency

  • Death in immediate family

  • Serious unforeseen life event beyond control

  • Force majeure circumstances that impact Client’s life

Partial refunds are considered when rescheduling has been attempted and cannot be reasonably accommodated by either party. All refund requests need to be submitted in writing to amanda@knowdistanceco.com within 30 days of the determination that rescheduling is not possible. Refunds are granted at Coach's sole discretion upon review of supporting documentation of specific reason(s) and if deemed refundable will be refunded to Client within 14 days. Refund requests submitted after 30 days from the determination that rescheduling is not possible shall not be considered.

Coaching Packages Partial Refund

Know Distance coaching packages prices are based on the full coaching experience including all sessions, deliverables, guides, and personalized materials. Partial refunds for unused packages within the sequence are calculated as a percentage of the total package fee based on the stage of completion at the time of the refund request as outlined below.

All partial refunds below require documented specific reason(s) provided to coach after reasonable rescheduling attempts.

Know Discovery (includes one coaching session)

  • 50% refund if Client never attends Session 1.

Know Foundation (includes three coaching sessions)

  • 50% refund if Client is unable to attend any of the three sessions.

  • 25% refund if Client attended Session 1 but is unable to complete remaining sessions.

  • 10% refund if Client attended Session 1 and 2 but is unable to complete remaining sessions.

Know Signature (includes five coaching sessions)

  • 50% refund if Client is unable to attend any of the five sessions.  

  • 40% refund if Client attended Session 1 but is unable to complete remaining sessions.

  • 30% refund if Client attended Session 1 and 2 but is unable to complete remaining sessions.

  • 20% refund if Client attended Session 1, 2 and 3 but is unable to complete remaining sessions.

  • 10% refund if Client attended Session 1, 2, 3 and 4 but is unable to complete remaining session.

Chargebacks

We are committed to clear communication and fair resolution. If You believe You may be eligible for a refund, You agree to contact Us at amanda@knowdistanceco.com and allow Us the opportunity to review Your request before initiating a chargeback with Your financial institution. Because Our Offerings include digital products, personalized materials, and scheduled coaching services, We may provide documentation of product access, session attendance, and these Terms and Conditions to Your financial institution if a chargeback is filed. If You initiate a chargeback for purchases that fall outside the refund eligibility described in these Terms and Conditions or in Our Refund Policy, You may forfeit access to purchased materials or digital products associated with the original purchase. We reserve the right to present proof of access, delivery, and agreement to these Terms and Conditions to the financial institution investigating the dispute. Nothing in this terms and conditions limits Your rights under applicable consumer protection laws; it simply ensures that refund requests are handled through the appropriate process.
